This website

This preview does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. Its contact form prepares an email in your email application; it does not send or store your entries on a Sigo form server. If you send that email, Sigo and its email providers receive the information you include. The hosting service may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.

Recordings and optional network features

In SigoCam’s local-processing workflow, source recordings, processing files, and exported videos are handled on your computer. Creating a local Follow Cam video does not require sending the whole match to a cloud service for Sigo AI processing.

This does not mean every Sigo feature is offline. If you choose YouTube publishing, your selected output is sent to Google. Optional cloud-transfer or live features may transmit recordings, streams, calibration images, or panoramas through network services. Live is coming soon. Confirm the selected workflow before using it with footage you do not want transmitted.

Game information, camera identifiers and recording metadata, paired-device details, and processing or attention status may be used to coordinate mobile and desktop workflows. Push notifications, if enabled, involve Expo’s push service, Apple APNs or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, device notification tokens, and related processing messages. Diagnostics may include device, network, and error information and may be relayed to a paired desktop when troubleshooting a workflow.

Accounts, licensing, and payments

Sigo’s account services handle information needed to authenticate users, check subscriptions, and manage connected features. This can include an email address, a password hash or sign-in provider identity, license and device information, and billing status. Payment providers process checkout information under their own policies. Do not put passwords or payment-card information in support messages.

Connecting YouTube

Sigo uses YouTube API Services for optional YouTube integrations. These use Google authorization, not your Google password. Sigo may store channel identifiers and names, upload eligibility, granted permissions, authorization timestamps, and encrypted authorization tokens to support the features you enable. Publishing sends the selected video and its title, description, privacy setting, and other publishing choices to YouTube. At launch, Sigo requests upload permission (youtube.upload) to upload the finished videos you select and read-only permission (youtube.readonly) to identify the connected channel and check upload eligibility. Sigo does not use this connection to create live broadcasts, delete videos, or change comments, ratings or subscriptions. Live streaming is coming soon, is not included in launch authorization, and will require a separate permission review and updated notice before it becomes available.

You can disconnect your channel yourself—no email is needed. In the Sigo desktop app, open Settings → YouTube, select your channel, then choose Disconnect selected channel. This removes Sigo’s saved connection and related channel preferences. It does not delete your local recordings or videos already published to YouTube; manage published videos directly on YouTube.

You can also review or revoke Sigo’s access through Google Account permissions. If you cannot access Sigo, need help, or want to request deletion of other Sigo-held information, email support@sigosports.com. Your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. The stored-data cleanup and retention procedures must be finalized before public launch.

Planned optional frame sharing for model improvement

We plan to offer a choice during installation about sharing selected frames from your recordings to help train and improve Sigo AI. This installer choice is a planned feature, not a feature available in this preview. Frames may show players, spectators, faces, jersey numbers, and venue details; they should not be assumed to be anonymous.

Before this feature launches, we will update this policy and the installation notice to explain exactly which frames and related information would be shared, how they would be selected and transferred, who could access them, how long they would be retained, and how to opt out or request deletion. The notice will also explain the limits of withdrawing contributions after they have been used to train a model. Connecting a YouTube channel is not permission to contribute footage for model training; that choice will be separate.

Approved retention commitments

Account data is retained while the account is active. YouTube API data deletion requests are to be completed within seven calendar days; data following revoked YouTube authorization is to be deleted within 30 days. Stored connected-channel data must be refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Operational logs are to be retained for no more than 30 days, except records required for legal obligations or a specific security investigation. Necessary billing and security records may be retained as legally required. Your local recordings remain under your control.

Sigo does not use Google or YouTube API data to train Sigo AI. Any future contribution of locally recorded frames will require a separate choice and notice, not Google authorization. Sigo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Deleting your Sigo account

Updated mobile releases provide account deletion under Legal, then Delete Sigo account. Type DELETE and confirm. This removes Sigo-held account data, authentication sessions, pairing records, notification registrations, connected-channel data, and Sigo-hosted job files. Cancel cloud uploads, stop broadcasts, and allow cloud processing to finish first. The account service must be available; a cleanup failure is reported rather than treated as a completed deletion. Until the updated app and service are available, or if you cannot regain access, contact support@sigosports.com to request deletion.

Deletion does not remove local recordings or exports, videos already on YouTube, or your payment-provider subscription. Manage or cancel subscription billing separately with Lemon Squeezy before deletion. Necessary detached payment references and a license fingerprint may remain for billing/security obligations and to prevent renewals or automatic desktop linking from recreating a deleted account. Operational logs and backups remain until their configured expiry. To create a new connected account for a previously deleted license, contact support.

Mobile permissions

Bluetooth controls cameras; local-network access enables previews, transfers and desktop communication. Phone-camera access scans pairing QR codes; photo access selects calibration images. Wi-Fi information may be used to configure transfers. Updated offline mobile releases do not request phone-microphone permission or declare Live background modes. Notifications are optional.

Your choices and questions

Choose whether to use optional network features, publish a video, or enable notifications. Keep your originals if you want to reprocess a match. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions to record and share people, including children, and for following your team’s and venue’s policies.

For privacy questions or a request to access, correct or delete Sigo-held account or connected-service information, contact support@sigosports.com. We verify requests before disclosing or deleting information. Deleting Sigo-held information does not automatically remove your local files or content hosted by YouTube. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with service providers as needed for the selected features, or where required by law. Hosting, email, payment, notification and Google services may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. No system is completely secure.
